Written proposals delivered by Golden Oak Painting represent our firm price for the stated scope of work. If the scope of work changes, the price may change accordingly. A formal contract is executed separately and governs all painting services performed. This website is for informational and inquiry purposes only.

Golden Oak Painting makes reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information and service descriptions on this Site are accurate. However, actual pricing for your specific project will be determined during your free on-site estimate and documented in a written proposal.
